Each space is custom-designed to fit your needs, complete with furnishings, WiFi, and prep kitchen access. Because the venues are managed directly by our team, the Sales and Logistics Managers will personally oversee every aspect of the guest experience, including clean-up and maintenance upon request. Flatiron Penthouse
A 2-floor private penthouse with an outdoor balcony, terrace and rooftop, this fully furnished facility features state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, lounge seating, and a built-in bar.
Shooting Kitchen
A fully equipped all-things-food studio with a fully functional open kitchen with a gas stove, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, and sink.
